Based in the centre of Dahab (only 1 hour from the resort and airport of Sharm El Sheikh)  Blue Ocean FreeDivers offer AIDA  Courses and also Personal Coaching Programmes for freedivers.      

AIDA Accredited courses:            

        

AIDA 1*                One day awareness of freediving          
AIDA 2*                A course designed to give you the basic  knowledge of freediving          
AIDA 3*                Continue to develop  your  learning, and fine tune your freediving          
AIDA 4*                Start to develop your freediving knowledge to the level of assistant instructor


AIDA Instructor  Intensive course to enable you to become an AIDA Freediving Instructor

All courses run with a maximum of four students to one instructor 
Full equipment provided
Individual tuition available upon request (supplement may apply)
Personal Coaching days available - tailored to your requirements
